Yes. The Cheerfund account buys Bits with the pooled creator fees and cheers them in the streamer's chat. They show up in the streamer's Bits revenue exactly like any other cheer.
Every 5 minutes, automatically. Each link runs on its own 5-minute window. When the window ends, the fees it earned are converted to whole Bits and cheered. Fractions of a Bit carry over; if a window earns less than 1 Bit, nothing is sent and the balance rolls into the next window. Windows with zero fees send nothing.
Bits cost more to buy than a streamer receives for them. We purchase Bits at Twitch's prices and cheer them, so we quote 1 Bit ≈ $0.013 of fees. That rate includes Twitch's Bits pricing — it isn't a Cheerfund fee on top.

Yes — the message is ours to send, not part of anything on-chain, so the link's creator can update it any time. The fee wallet itself lives in your token's creator settings on pons; change it there whenever you like.
